Partnership Questions
How does a referral from a union rep or EAP work?
Call our partnership line or have the member call directly — whichever the member prefers. We complete a confidential clinical assessment, verify benefits at no cost, and arrange admission, often the same day. With the member’s written consent, we keep the referring EAP or coordinator informed at agreed milestones.
What levels of care do you provide?
Medical detoxification (24/7 physician-supervised) and residential inpatient treatment, including dual diagnosis care for co-occurring mental health conditions, at our licensed Las Vegas facility. We build aftercare plans that transition members to outpatient care and community support.
What are your credentials?
